ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, so most orders arrive within 4–10 business days. If a product has a different estimate, it’s shown on its product page.

Is shipping really free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Where do you ship from?
Our products ship from our international fulfillment partners. All import duties and taxes are already included in the price, so there’s nothing extra to pay at delivery.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show the first updates, since international shipments aren’t scanned at every step.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll update or cancel it.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. We ship to all 50 US states, but not to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or other countries.

PRODUCTS

How do solar lights work?
The solar panel charges a built-in rechargeable battery during the day. When it gets dark, a light sensor switches the light on automatically. No wiring, no outlet and no electric bill.

How long do they stay on at night?
It depends on how much sun the panel gets. After a full sunny day, the light runs well into the night. After cloudy days, the runtime is shorter, which is normal for every solar light.

Do they work in winter or on cloudy days?
Yes, but with a shorter runtime, since there’s less sunlight to charge the battery. Place the panel where it gets the most direct sun and keep it clear of snow, leaves and dust.

Are your lights weatherproof?
Our lights are made for outdoor use. The weather rating of each product is listed on its product page.

Do I need to buy batteries?
Most of our lights come with a built-in rechargeable battery charged by the sun. If a product needs a battery you add yourself, it’s clearly stated on its product page.

Why isn’t my light turning on?
First, make sure it’s switched ON and any protective film is removed from the solar panel. Then let it charge in full sun for a whole day. Solar lights only turn on in the dark, so to test one during the day, cover the solar panel or light sensor with your hand. Still not working? Contact us and we’ll help.

INSTALLATION

Is installation difficult?
Not at all. Our wall- and post-mounted lights come with a mounting kit: mark the holes, drill, insert the anchors, screw on the bracket and attach the light. You’ll need a drill and a screwdriver. Hanging decor lights simply go on a hook or a branch.

Where’s the best place to install a solar light?
Anywhere the solar panel gets direct sunlight for most of the day. Avoid spots under deep roof overhangs, trees or other shade. In the US, a panel facing south usually gets the most sun.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details on how returns and refunds work.

Do your lights come with a warranty?
Yes. The warranty period is listed on each product page. If something goes wrong, email us your order number and a short photo or video of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and the express checkout options shown at checkout, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.

How does Buy 2, Get 1 Free work?
Choose the bundle on the product page and the free item is included automatically. The same goes for Buy 4, Get 3 Free.
